About the Event

WILD WILD GH is a Tent and Pallets Adventure blend with a chilly outdoor overnight experience on the beach. It is hosted by Touch Effects Limited under the Travel Ghana Project.

As part of our core agenda of exporting Ghana and promoting cultures via tourism, WILD WILD GH, a new sensation of adventure filled event is expected to thrill participants to a total experience of adventure on the beach with designed activities for the day and night sections whiles having fun, bonding and networking and also giving them that holistic Sun, Sea, Sand and Night experience overnight. 

The event is a perfect mixture of cultures, music, dance and eco-adventure.

EVENTS OUTLINE

THE SUN SEA SAND EFFECTS (DAY)

  • Arrival- Midday

  • Team bonding and challenge on the beach
  • Beach BBQ/Yam Chips/Cocktail Party

THE CHILLY OUTDOOR EFFECTS (OVERNIGHT)

  • The Bonfire Karaoke/Music Night
  • Glow Stick Experience
  • The Pallets and Camp Tent Experience
  • BBQ/Yam Chips/GH-Jollof/Coffee/Cocktail Night

 


Organizer’s Requirements:

  • Provision of mattresses per participant
  • Provision of pallets per participant
  • Provision of camping tents per participant on reservation

The Basics: Beach Packing Check List (Sleep Over)

 

Client’s Requirements

Beach Wear, Night Party Wear, Casual Wear, Blanket, flip flop, socks, shoes (change over)

Sunscreen, beach towel, Bathing suit, Tank tops, Shorts, Hat Cell phone and charger, Underwear, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, pomade, Inserts repellents and any other personal effects.

Travel Health 

Even when packing for the beach, don’t forget prescription medications and other items to stay healthy. You don’t want to ruin your vacation by getting sick. Take precautions like using hand sanitizer (even after washing your hands), and pack a small first aid kit with Band-Aids. You may also need additional personal healthcare items like glasses, contacts, or allergy pills. Stay informed and always be prepared. 

 If you travel internationally, check the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention’s website for the necessary travel vaccines, medication, and other travel advice.

 

DAY 1Arrival

Arrive in Accra, airport transfer to hotel, short briefing/local drums ‘’Miawoezor/Akwabaa’’ evening and settling in. Overnight

DAY 2 Accra City Tour/ City Night Out

Morning at breakfast, thence depart the hotel for a site seeing tour of the administrative capital of Ghana, Accra. An opportunity to see a blend of the old colonial architecture and the modern day to give you a feel of the past and present. You will also visit E.B. Dubois Centre of Pan African Culture, The Black Star Square and Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park. Visit the Arts Centre for an opportunity to shop artefacts and native fabrics from Ghana and West Africa.
We will end the tour with a walking tour of James Town.
Accra at Night, visit Osu Oxford streets/ Republic bar thence to Jam Rock to have a reggae night feel

DAY 3Kumasi City Tour

After breakfast, depart Accra for Kumasi. You will visit the Manhyia Palace Museum to obtain in-depth information on the legacies of the Ashanti Kingdom backed by centuries old relics, artifacts and history.
End the day’s tour at the National Cultural Centre featuring the Jubilee Museum of Prempeh II with a drive through the city with dedicated monuments to the memory of the Ashantis.
Overnight at Kumasi

DAY 4Kumasi Assin Manso

After breakfast, lets drive through the forest zone enroute Assin Manso, the location of ‘’Donkor Nsuo’’ the river bank that served as the ‘’slave market and final transit point for the large number of enslaved Africans. Overnight in Cape Coast.

DAY 5Cape Coast Castle Kakum National Park

After breakfast, we head to the Cape Coast Castle, one of UNESCO’s world heritage site and memorial point of call to victims of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.
Overnight Cape Coast

DAY 6Elmina Castle- Village Walk- Takoradi

After breakfast, check out and embark on a tour of the Elmina Castle, also one of UN World Heritage Site and an important symbol of the traumatic history of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade.
Depart for Takoradi.

DAY 7Takoradi to Accra

Hotel check in and tour closure

DAY 8Farewell/Flyout
